Velke Live Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use & Guidelines

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the entity operating the Velke Live platform and its users. By using our services through the Velke Live website, mobile application, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these terms.

Velke Live is an online Sports Betting platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. Use of our platform is entirely voluntary. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Each individual may register only one account.

2. Account Registration

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be voided.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Velke Live conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure international-standard security. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or once transactions exceed a specified amount.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 hours. As long as all documents are accurate, the process is straightforward and only needs to be completed once.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie holding your ID document.
• Proof of payment method (where applicable).
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

4. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Velke Live, make sure you fully understand the rules and odds for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, so think carefully before making your decision.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Velke Live reserves the right to cancel that bet.

• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a score or result, the decision of Velke Live's authority is final.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Velke Live must be made through a payment method registered in the user's own name. Transactions using third-party payment accounts may be blocked.

Velke Live does not charge any fees on deposits. There are no service charges on withdrawals either, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, where applicable.
• Transactions may be suspended if there is suspicion of anti-money laundering policy violations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Velke Live offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions detailed on the bonus page. You are required to read those terms before claiming any bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically between 5x and 20x.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the previous bonus being cancelled.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Velke Live platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and all balances may be forfeited.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Velke Live reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• If there is a risk of a security breach.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

If an account is closed without any rule violation, the remaining balance will be refunded. In cases of closure due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
